The 14th EntrepreneurCountry Forum
Date: Weds 29th Oct
We are delighted to announce the launch of the 14th EntrepreneurCountry Conference on 29th Oct 2014. After the tremendous success of the forum in March 2014 which saw participation grow to record 500 with a stellar line up of speakers including Bill Roedy, ex Chairman and CEO of MTV Networks, Rene Rechtman, President of International at Maker Studios and Marcus Stuttard, Head of AIM sharing insights and discussing ground breaking topics which will shape the future of the world we live in.
EntrepreneurCountry is a global community of 139,500 digital innovators, thought leaders and investors. Our partners (who include IBM, Dell, Santander, UKTI, Bauer Media, Gazelle and Smith & Williamson) provide tech, tools and services to our ever-growing community. Our social mission is to connect select high profile digital enablers, we call Davids with world leading corporate brands, the Goliaths who need their product and services. We call this Ecosystem EconomicsTM.
Continuing the tradition of giving the world a sneak peek into the future, this October, the Forum will focus on a plethora of technology sectors that are currently undergoing a huge transformation. One of our first key note speakers to be announced is Brian McBride, chairman of ASOS, discussing the digital revolution in retail. Joining him on stage will be entrepreneur Jamie Conway as one of our guest keynote speakers – founder and CEO of Made TV, the largest holder of local TV licenses in the UK, covering over 11 million people and innovating the media industry.
The event is one the largest of its kind in the UK and will allow entrepreneurs to network with 500 key decision makers from leading high-growth SMEs, venture capitalists, C level corporate leaders and investors to connect, share intelligence, trade, discuss the future and to listen to the great entrepreneurs of today. Expect more speakers similar to those who have passed through our platform in the past especially Martha Lane Fox, Saul Klein, George Coelho, James Caan, Jo Malone and Theo Paphitis.
In our experience, high-growth companies find it challenging to interact and partner with corporates and one of the mission of our Forums is to facilitate such meetings. The attendees on the day tend to come from a range of industries from retail to finance, to healthcare and transportation among others with the common goal of connecting and growing businesses.
Please join us at the Entrepreneur Country Forum on October 29th 2014 for what promises to be a lively day of discussions and debate.
