Dr Mike Lynch, OBE, FREng is the founder of Autonomy. Dr Lynch has long been regarded as a visionary figure within the technology world, described by the Financial Times as “the doyen of European software” and by the Sunday Times as “Britain’s Bill Gates”. He advises the Prime Minister on matters of science policy through the Council on Science and Technology. Dr Lynch founded Autonomy in 1996, the UK’s largest and fastest-growing software company, with a market capitalisation of $11bn, and was its CEO for fifteen years. |

Dr Sally Ernst Dr Sally Ernst has developed strong international relationships and gained significant internationalization, corporate venturing, corporate governance, offshoring and start up experience with tech and IT security companies over the past 15 years spanning Australia, China, the Philippines, and the UK and US. Jason began life as an entrepreneur early, managing discos for local schools and selling sports brand clothing were just two of the businesses Jason ran in his teenage years. Whilst studying Computer Science at Liverpool University Jason took his passion of music and founded a business selling DJ and music production equipment online. Over the course of his degree he and his close friend and business partner Robert Williams built Dolphin Music out of their house using their student loans and credit cards to fund it. By the time it came to leave University, Dolphin's revenue was over £1m. |
